UroSculpt™ was founded with a straightforward goal: ensure that every provider performing non-surgical penile augmentation has the training, technique, and ongoing support to deliver safe, effective, and consistent results.
What began as a hands-on training program has evolved into the field's recognized certification authority — with a standardized curriculum, a rigorous exam, tiered certification levels, continuing education requirements, and a nationwide network of over 37 certified providers.
UroSculpt™ employs the same proven injection techniques and proprietary methods developed through thousands of procedures, with an expanded mission: making high-quality male enhancement accessible by training physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Joel Pash
Dr. Joel Pash is a board-certified anesthesiologist and the founder and medical director of UroSculpt™. A Stanford graduate, Dr. Pash is one of the most experienced male enhancement educators in the world, having personally trained the majority of providers currently performing non-surgical penile augmentation in the United States.
Beyond UroSculpt™, Dr. Pash is the majority owner of Upsize™ LLC, a nationally recognized physician-focused penis enlargement company. His experience building Upsize™ — one of the largest penile augmentation networks in the country — established him as the most prolific trainer of penis filler providers in the United States.
The UroSculpt™ proprietary technique, developed over thousands of procedures, minimizes the elaborate aftercare requirements that other providers typically require — such as weeks of sleeves, wraps, or manual molding — offering patients a significantly more convenient recovery.
