How UroSculpt™ Certification Works — Credentials & Service Tiers
UroSculpt™ certification has two parts. Earn a credential by completing the online course or in-person training. Then choose a service tier — Free, $99, $299, or $499/month — in the provider portal. Service tier sets what marketing, listing, and clinical-support services you receive each month; it's independent of how you trained and can be changed any time.
Step 1 · Earn Your Credential
UroSculpt™ Certification Credentials
Three credential levels — two earned through training, one by invitation. The credential is yours for life once earned (subject to ongoing renewal); it is not tied to your monthly service tier.
Certified
Self-paced online certification course
How you earn it
- Complete the online certification course (self-paced)
- Pass the UroSculpt™ certification exam (80% — unlimited retakes)
- Active medical license (MD, DO, NP, PA)
- Valid malpractice insurance
What you get
- UroSculpt™ Certified credential (renewable)
- Displayable certificate
- Same week issuance after license verification
- Course fee credits toward in-person upgrade
Advanced Certified
One-day in-person cohort in California
How you earn it
- Complete the one-day in-person cohort (San Francisco or Sacramento)
- Up to 7 live patient procedures (hands-on injection participation requires an active CA medical license)
- Active medical license (MD, DO, NP, PA)
- Valid malpractice insurance

- UroSculpt™ Advanced Certified credential (renewable)
- Issued the same weekend as your cohort
- UroFirm™ neuromodulator training included same day
- Direct trainer access for post-training clinical support
Master Certified
Awarded to high-volume providers

- Demonstrated case volume and outcomes
- Invited to join the Upsize™ revenue-share network
- Ongoing commitment to UroSculpt™ standards
What it carries
- UroSculpt™ Master Certified credential
- Master badge on directory listings
- Eligible for Upsize™ network referrals
- Eligible to serve as training faculty
Master Certified is a recognition tier. Your monthly service tier (below) is a separate decision.

Step 2 · Choose Your Service Tier
Monthly Service Tiers — Chosen Post-Certification in the Portal
After earning your credential, you choose a service tier in the provider portal. The service tier is what determines your monthly listing, marketing, and clinical-support services — completely independent of which training you completed. You can change tiers any time.

Directory presence — no subscription needed
- Directory listing on urosculpt.com (name, credential, practice, city, phone)
- UroSculpt™ Certified badge
- Renewable cert maintenance through the portal
- May receive silently-routed leads during network rampup
Best for: providers who want the credential and a basic directory presence without monthly commitment.
Active
Detailed listing + lead inbox
Everything in Listed, plus:
- Detailed listing: photo, bio, education, languages, sub-specialties, booking link, before/after gallery
- Tracking phone number for call attribution
- Lead inbox in the portal — sortable and contactable
- Patient resources library (consents, handouts, brochures, marketing assets, trade-name license)
- Provider community + quarterly group Q&A
- Standard email support
Featured
Dedicated SEO page + clinical webinars
Everything in Active, plus:
