Certification Based on Your Existing Experience
If you're already performing penile augmentation, you don't need to sit through training on skills you've already developed. The Challenge Exam pathway lets you demonstrate your competency through a portfolio review and a rigorous exam, then join the UroSculpt™ network with full certification benefits.
This is the fastest path to certification for experienced providers — most candidates complete the process within 2–3 weeks from application to certification.
Challenge Exam candidates enter at the Certified tier, with the option to upgrade to Advanced Certified or higher based on case volume and portfolio strength.

What You'll Need
Case Documentation
A minimum of 50 documented penile augmentation procedures using hyaluronic acid fillers. This can be a signed attestation with supporting records. We're looking for real experience, not paperwork.
Before & After Portfolio
Submit 10 before/after photo sets from your own cases, with brief case notes describing filler volume, technique, and patient goals. These are reviewed by the UroSculpt™ Medical Advisory Committee.
UroSculpt™ Protocol Review
Complete a condensed online module (2–3 hours) covering the UroSculpt™ standardized injection technique, safety protocols, and complication management approach. This ensures every certified provider understands the UroSculpt™ method.
The Challenge Exam Process
Submit Your Application
Complete the online application and select "Challenge Exam" as your preferred pathway. Include your credentials, license information, and estimated procedure count.
Submit Your Case Portfolio
Upload your 10 before/after photo sets with case notes and your procedure attestation. Our team will confirm receipt and begin the review process.
Portfolio Review
Your case portfolio is reviewed by Dr. Pash and the UroSculpt™ Medical Advisory Committee. You'll receive feedback within 5–7 business days. If the portfolio meets our standards, you're cleared to proceed.
Complete the Protocol Review Module
Work through the UroSculpt™ Protocol Review — a focused online module covering our standardized technique, safety protocols, and how they may differ from your current approach.
Pass the Certification Exam
Take the UroSculpt™ certification exam with a passing score of 85% (slightly higher than the standard 80% threshold, since you haven't completed the full course). One free retake is included.
You're Certified
Receive your UroSculpt™ Certified credential and immediate access to all certification benefits — directory listing, trade name, marketing materials, and group purchasing.
What Tier Will I Receive?
Challenge Exam candidates enter at the Certified tier. However, if your portfolio review demonstrates exceptional technique and significant case volume, the Advisory Committee may recommend you for Advanced Certified status directly.
All Challenge Exam certified providers can upgrade to higher tiers by completing in-person training at any time. The challenge exam fee is credited toward the in-person training cost if you choose to upgrade.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my portfolio doesn't pass review?
If your before/after results don't meet UroSculpt™ standards, we'll provide specific feedback on areas for improvement. You can resubmit once at no additional cost. If the portfolio still doesn't meet the standard, we'll recommend the in-person training pathway instead and credit your challenge exam fee toward the training cost.
Do I need to use the UroSculpt™ technique going forward?
Yes. All certified providers follow the UroSculpt™ standardized protocol. The Protocol Review module covers our specific technique, and you'll be expected to adopt it. This standardization is what allows us to maintain consistent quality across the network.
Is the exam harder than the standard certification exam?
It's the same exam, but with a higher passing threshold (85% vs. 80%). Since Challenge Exam candidates haven't completed the full course, the higher bar ensures equivalent competency.
