In-Person Training for Physicians, NPs & PAs (San Francisco & Sacramento)

In-Person Penis Enlargement & Penis Filler Training in California — Cohorts of Two, Up to Seven Live Patients per Day

A one-day in-person penis enlargement training course for physicians, NPs, and PAs at our San Francisco and Sacramento facilities. The non-surgical penis enlargement procedure uses hyaluronic acid dermal filler injected via the proprietary UroSculpt™ technique. Cohorts are capped at two attendees with up to seven live patients treated during the day. Earn the UroSculpt™ Advanced Certified credential the same weekend.

Hands-on injection participation requires an active California medical license. California-licensed attendees may perform supervised injections during the cohort. Providers licensed outside California attend as supervised observers — full participation in consultation, technique walk-through, intra-procedural discussion, and post-procedure care, but no personal injections during the session. Both pathways earn the same Advanced Certified credential.

Who In-Person Is Best For

Is the Hands-On Penis Enlargement Course the Right Format for You?

Most physicians, NPs, and PAs entering the UroSculpt™ network start with the online penis enlargement training course because it is faster, cheaper, gets the credential issued same-week, and does not depend on California licensure for hands-on participation. The in-person course exists for providers who want immersive cohort time with senior instructors, observation of the full non-surgical penis enlargement workflow on live patients, and the Advanced Certified credential issued the same weekend.

Choose In-Person If…

  • You hold an active California medical license and want supervised hands-on reps on live patients
  • You want immersive observation of the full UroSculpt™ workflow — consultation, consent, technique, complication management, and post-procedure care — across up to seven patients in one day
  • You want direct relationship time with the lead instructors for ongoing clinical support after the cohort
  • You plan to make UroSculpt™ a meaningful share of your practice and want the Advanced Certified tier from day one
  • Your malpractice carrier has specifically asked to see in-person training documented

The Online Course May Fit Better If…

  • You are licensed outside California and want a path that includes hands-on injection — out-of-state in-person attendees observe but do not personally inject
  • You already have substantial cosmetic injectables experience
  • You want to start the credential immediately without scheduling travel
  • You prefer self-paced video and written modules
  • You want to start at the Certified tier and upgrade to Advanced later — your online course fee credits toward in-person tuition if you choose to upgrade

Getting There

Travel & Accommodation Guidance

Most attendees travel from out of state. We do not bundle travel into tuition — providers prefer to manage their own bookings — but here is what most past cohorts have done.

Recommended Itinerary

  • Thursday evening: arrive, check into hotel
  • Friday or Saturday: training day, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (plus optional evening dinner)
  • Sunday: travel home — most providers fly out Sunday morning

Hotels & Logistics

Both training locations have several hotels within rideshare distance. We will share a current shortlist of recommended hotels with you after booking. Most providers spend 2 nights and budget for ground transport — neither location requires a rental car.

Out-of-state attendees: Plan around the 2–3 month booking lead time. Cohort dates are fixed — we cannot reschedule a single cohort to accommodate one provider's travel constraints, so booking early gives you the most date flexibility.

Before You Arrive

Pre-Training Requirements

Active medical license in good standing

Penis enlargement training is open to physicians (MD/DO), nurse practitioners (NPs), and physician assistants (PAs). License must be active in your home jurisdiction. We verify licensure before the credential is released. Providers from family medicine, urology, anesthesiology, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, and other specialties have all completed the program.

California medical license — required for hands-on injection participation

Performing live patient injections during the cohort requires an active California medical license. Out-of-state attendees are welcome and earn the same Advanced Certified credential, but participate as supervised observers across the clinical workflow rather than personally injecting.

Current malpractice insurance

Valid policy that covers (or can be amended to cover) aesthetic injection procedures. We are happy to share documentation to support your carrier conversation.

Pre-reading materials

You will receive the UroSculpt™ pre-training packet (anatomy reference, technique overview, patient selection criteria) approximately 2 weeks before your cohort. Plan ~2 hours to review before arrival.

Online course is NOT a prerequisite

The in-person course is self-contained. Some providers complete the online course first if they want more lead-up time with the material; this is optional, not required. If you have completed the online course, your fee credits toward in-person tuition.

CME: No CME credit is offered for this course.

Logistics FAQ

In-Person Training Logistics — Frequently Asked

For broader questions on certification, the procedure itself, or the comparison between formats, see the main training hub.

?
I am not licensed in California — should I still attend in-person?

You are welcome to attend, and many out-of-state providers do. You will earn the same Advanced Certified credential as California-licensed attendees. The difference is that you will not personally inject during the cohort — California medical board scope-of-practice rules limit live patient injection to providers with an active California license. Out-of-state attendees participate fully in consultation, technique walk-through, intra-procedural discussion, and post-procedure care, but observe injections rather than performing them. If hands-on injection during your training matters most, the online course may be a better fit and you can later schedule supervised cases through your own malpractice setup.

?
How far in advance do I need to book?

Cohorts are typically full 2–3 months in advance. Book as early as your travel calendar allows for the most date and location flexibility.

?
Can I bring a partner or staff member to observe?

Generally no — patient consent is given for the training cohort only. Practice managers or staff who want to attend should be enrolled as a separate paid attendee or contact us to discuss observer arrangements.

?
What if I have to reschedule after booking?

Rescheduling is permitted up to 30 days before the cohort date. Rescheduling inside 30 days is handled case-by-case based on whether your seat can be filled.

?
Are travel and lodging included?

No. Tuition covers training and on-site materials/meals only. Most providers prefer to book their own travel; we share a recommended hotel shortlist after booking.

?
Will my malpractice insurer accept the certificate?

Multiple UroSculpt™ Advanced Certified providers have used the credential to satisfy malpractice insurer training requirements for penile augmentation. We recommend confirming with your specific carrier; we can provide course documentation to support that conversation.

?
Do I need facial filler experience first?

It helps but is not required. The course covers foundational injection technique through advanced penile-specific protocol. Providers without prior filler experience can succeed if they treat the course as their introduction to injectables and lean on post-training mentorship.

?
How is the cohort assembled?

Cohorts are capped at a maximum of two attendees, assembled from incoming applications. We do not match providers based on specialty or geography — most pairings are mixed by both. Private 1:1 cohorts are also available on request.

?
What happens after the training day?

Your Advanced Certified credential is issued once licensure is verified (1–2 business days). Your premium directory listing and SEO page are set up within the first week. Ongoing trainer access begins immediately for clinical questions and complication consultation.
