A Simple Procedure — But the Details Matter

Dose Math & Reconstitution
100 units, 2 mL saline, 3 mL syringe, 30G half-inch needle, four sites, 25 units each. Wrong brand conversions or wrong dilution lead to under- or over-dosing — neither produces the published results.

The 20-minute tourniquet is part of the published protocol — it's what keeps the product in the cavernosal tissue long enough to bind locally. Skip or shortcut it and you lose most of the effect.
