How Penile Botox Works
Your penis contains two cylindrical chambers called the corpus cavernosum. When you’re aroused, blood fills these chambers to create rigidity. The process depends on smooth muscle relaxation — and that’s where ED often goes wrong. Norepinephrine, a neurotransmitter, keeps the muscle contracted when it should be relaxing.
