How UroSculpt™ collects, uses, and protects your information.
Effective date: June 15, 2026 · Last updated: June 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how UroSculpt™ (“UroSculpt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit urosculpt.com and any related pages, forms, online courses, and provider tools we operate (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us and the Scope of This Policy
UroSculpt™ is a certification and training organization for non-surgical penile augmentation, and we operate an online directory that helps the public locate independently owned clinics and providers who hold a UroSculpt™ credential. This Policy applies only to information we collect through the Site.
UroSculpt™ is not a healthcare provider and does not deliver medical treatment. Certified clinics and providers listed on the Site are independent businesses responsible for their own privacy practices and for any patient or health information they collect. This Policy does not cover the data practices of those independent providers or of any third-party website you reach through a link on the Site.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact and inquiry details — such as your name, email address, telephone number, location, and the contents of any message when you submit a contact form, request information, or ask to be connected with a certified provider.
- Provider applications and registrations — professional information such as your practice name, credentials, license details, specialty, and business address when you apply for certification or enroll in a course or exam.
- Account and portal information — login credentials and profile details if you access the provider portal.
- Transaction information — details related to course, exam, or certification purchases. Payment card details are processed by our third-party payment processors and are not stored by UroSculpt™.
- Other content you submit — reviews, survey responses, or any other information you choose to send us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to operate the Site, remember preferences, and measure traffic. See “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from service providers that help us run the Site, such as analytics providers, advertising partners, and payment processors, and we may combine it with information we already hold.
3. How We Use Your Information

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect how the Site works. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, customer-relationship management, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing, and who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services.
- Certified providers — when you ask to be connected with a clinic or provider, we share the details necessary to fulfill your request.
- Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, respond to legal process, protect our rights and property, or protect the safety of any person.

Some sharing for analytics or advertising may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under certain state privacy laws. You can exercise the choices described in “Your Privacy Rights” below.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, maintain certification records, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. How We Protect Your Information
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
