Penis Enlargement Training for Doctors, NPs & PAs
Penis Enlargement & Penis Filler Training — Online and In-Person Certification
UroSculpt™ penis filler training is the standardized certification program for non-surgical penis enlargement using hyaluronic acid dermal filler. The program certifies physicians (MD/DO), NPs, and PAs in the proprietary penile augmentation injection technique used by every certified provider in the network. Penis enlargement training for doctors covers anatomy, patient selection, injection technique, complication management, and post-treatment monitoring — identical curriculum across both pathways. Two pathways to the same credential: a self-paced online penis enlargement training course and an in-person cohort in California. Choose the format that fits how you learn and how fast you want to start treating patients.
Why It Matters
Why UroSculpt™ Certification Matters
Penile augmentation training delivered through UroSculpt™ standardizes a clinical technique that, when performed without proprietary protocol training, is associated with correction rates of 50% or more. Every UroSculpt™ certified provider follows the same proven protocol — a standardized approach that produces approximately 15% correction rates and consistent, reproducible patient outcomes. Certification also brings a network of 37+ certified providers across the US and Canada, premium directory listing on a brand patients already trust, group purchasing of HA filler at $155/mL, ongoing clinical support, and a credential that multiple malpractice carriers have accepted as satisfying training requirements for penile filler procedures.
What This Program Teaches
What Is Penis Enlargement Training with UroSculpt™?
Non-surgical penis enlargement training teaches providers to perform male girth enhancement using hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler. The procedure increases penile girth by injecting filler in a controlled, layered pattern between the skin and dartos fascia — no incision, no general anesthesia, no extended patient recovery. The provider learns a specific cannula-based injection technique, anatomical targeting, volume planning, and complication management.
UroSculpt™ certifies physicians (MD/DO), nurse practitioners (NPs), and physician assistants (PAs) in the proprietary UroSculpt™ technique used by every certified provider in the network. Penis enlargement training for doctors typically draws MDs and DOs from family medicine, urology, anesthesiology, aesthetics, dermatology, and plastic surgery — alongside NPs and PAs working in those same specialties. The same curriculum, the same protocol, the same standardized outcomes — whether you complete it online or in-person. Doctors with no prior injectables background and doctors who already run a busy filler practice both succeed in the program; what's required is an active medical license and a commitment to following the proprietary UroSculpt™ injection protocol.

In-Person Penile Filler Training in California
The in-person penis enlargement training course is taught at our San Francisco and Sacramento facilities, in cohorts of a maximum of two attendees. The day runs roughly 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and includes up to seven live penis filler patient procedures across morning and afternoon blocks — full consultation, technique demonstration, intra-procedural discussion, and post-procedure care for every patient. Open to physicians, NPs, and PAs. UroFirm™ neuromodulator (penile botox) training is included in the same day at no additional charge.
Hands-on injection participation requires an active California medical license. California-licensed attendees perform supervised injections during the cohort. Providers licensed outside California attend as supervised observers — full participation in consultation, technique walk-through, and post-procedure care, but no personal injections during the session. Common Questions
Penis Filler Training FAQ — Online & In-Person
Both. UroSculpt™ penis enlargement training is open to physicians (MD/DO), nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who hold an active, unrestricted medical license. The curriculum is identical for every role and every provider earns the same UroSculpt™ credential. Most doctors enrolling already practice in family medicine, urology, anesthesiology, aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery — but no prior subspecialty experience is required. What matters is your license and a commitment to following the proprietary UroSculpt™ injection protocol that every certified provider in the network uses.
If you want to start immediately, prefer self-paced learning, or already have substantial injectable experience, the online course is usually the better fit. If you want immersive observation across up to seven live patient procedures, cohort time with the lead instructors, or you hold a CA medical license and want supervised hands-on reps, in-person is the better fit. Both pathways earn a UroSculpt™ certification credential and the same provider-network benefits — your online tuition also credits toward in-person if you decide to upgrade later.
Online completion earns the UroSculpt™ Certified credential. In-person completion earns the Advanced Certified credential. Both certified provider tiers carry the same network benefits — directory listing, group purchasing, ongoing support — and both have been accepted by malpractice carriers as satisfying training requirements for penile filler procedures. The Advanced tier also signals to malpractice insurers and patients that the provider completed the in-person clinical workflow.
UroSculpt™ trainers have collectively performed over 5,000 penile augmentation procedures. Dr. Joel Pash has performed over 3,000 and Dr. Jack Friedlander over 2,000. Ask any penis filler training program this question before enrolling — a long answer is the most reliable indicator of teaching quality.
The proprietary UroSculpt™ technique produces approximately 15% correction rates compared to 50% or more with traditional methods. Documented correction rates are a key indicator of technique quality — ask any training program for their data.
Every UroSculpt™ certified provider receives direct access to a trainer for clinical mentorship, complication support, and technique updates, plus access to a peer community of 37+ certified providers. Many training programs offer no post-course support; UroSculpt™ certification is structured as an ongoing relationship, not a one-time credential.
Multiple UroSculpt™ certified providers have used their certificate to satisfy malpractice insurer training requirements for penile augmentation procedures. Confirm with your specific carrier; we can provide course documentation to support that conversation.
Yes for some providers, no for others. Out-of-state attendees earn the same Advanced Certified credential and participate fully in consultation, technique walk-through, and post-procedure care, but do not personally inject during the session due to California medical board scope-of-practice rules. If hands-on injection during your training is the deciding factor, the online course is usually a better fit and you can schedule supervised cases through your own malpractice setup. In-person logistics →
It helps but is not required. The penis filler training curriculum covers everything from foundational injection technique through advanced penile-specific protocol. Providers without prior filler experience can succeed if they treat the course as their introduction to injectables and lean on post-training mentorship.
Tuition is a one-time fee: $1,995 for the online course (earns Certified credential), or $6,900 for in-person training (earns Advanced Certified credential). After certification you choose a monthly service tier in the portal — Free (directory listing only), $99/mo Active, $299/mo Featured, or $499/mo Premium. Service tier is independent of how you trained and switchable any time. The online tuition credits toward in-person if you upgrade later. See service tier comparison →
Online: most providers complete the course in 2–6 weeks; the credential issues the same week your medical license is verified. In-person: cohorts are typically booked 2–3 months out, and the credential issues the same weekend as the training day. Either way, your premium directory listing and SEO page are live within the first week of certification.
